Both! I can handle short-term projects like employee handbooks or training sessions or provide ongoing HR partnership to support your business as it grows.

Can you work alongside my current HR team?

Yes. I can assist alongside your current HR team with specific projects or compliance initiatives. Think of me as an extension of your existing team.

What if my business doesn’t have an HR department?

That’s where I come in. I provide fractional HR support so you can have the expertise you need without the cost of a full-time HR staff.

Do you offer in-person services or only remote?

I provide flexible options. Most services can be delivered remotely, but I also offer on-site support when needed, such as training sessions, investigations, or meeting with your team.

Do you handle recruiting?

The primary focus is on HR strategy, compliance, employee relations, and workplace culture. While I can provide recruiting support, when necessary, it is not our main service offering at this time.
